At Wannado, we take care of your privacy and ensure that data protection is implemented in all our activities. The purpose of this privacy policy is to provide information on how Wannado processes personal data in relation to customer relationships and other relevant contacts.

Why do we process your data?

We need information, among other things, to manage and develop customer relationships. In addition, the data is required for recruitment and employment management, invoicing, marketing and statistical purposes. When processing data, we comply with the Data Protection Act and the EU Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data is stored in accordance with the Accounting Act and is carefully processed.

1. Who processes the data?

Data is primarily handled by Wannado, which is responsible for the operation and privacy practices of the site. In addition, the data may be processed by our service providers or partners for purposes such as billing or collection activities, advertising or analytics.

2. Why do we collect data?

We need data for customer relationship management and development, invoicing and payment collection, marketing and statistical purposes. We process your personal data:

  • To process and respond to your requests
  • To monitor the use of our website and improve our functionality and user experience
  • For marketing purposes
  • To improve customer communication and identify potential customers
  • Implementing applicant communication in a job search situation and managing the employment relationship

We do not use your personal data for purposes other than those described in this Privacy Statement. Information is never disclosed to third parties without a reason.

3. What information do we collect?

We collect information when you use our services or when you provide us with your information in any context. This includes information about the use of the website and its content, technical data transmitted by your browser (e.g. IP address, browser, browser version, web page) as well as other tracking technologies that are sent to your browser and related information.

Website Analytics

The Website utilizes Google Analytics and other tracking technologies to analyze and improve the use of the Site. Through tracking technology, we collect information about how you use our website. This information includes:

  • Information about the use of the website, such as the number of visits, the information on the pages visited and the duration of the sessions.
  • Technical information about your browser, such as IP address, browser and browser version, operating system, device type and referring web page.

4. Time and location of data retention

We retain the information we collect only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is used or in accordance with the requirements of the law. Unnecessary information is deleted regularly. The general retention period for terminated customer relationships and recruitment data is three years, except for longer retention periods required by the Accounting Act.

We protect your personal data carefully. We use technical security methods that meet industry standards and access is limited only to those who need it in their work. The information can only be accessed with personal IDs.

Data subjects have the right to request, rectification or erasure of stored data at any time (see section 6).

5. Transfer and disclosure of data

Wannado's partners will only process your personal data for the purposes set out in this privacy policy (see section 2). Wannado always ensures that its partners do not process your personal data for any other purposes.

The data is mainly stored in the European Economic Area. However, some of the services we use operate outside these areas, in which case we comply with data protection laws and GDPR when transferring data and share data only to a minimum extent and minimizing risks.

6. Rights of the data subject

In accordance with data protection legislation, you have the right at any time to:

  • To obtain information about the processing of your personal data;
  • To obtain access to the information stored about you;
  • Require correction of incorrect data;
  • Request deletion of your data;
  • Request restriction of processing of your data in certain situations;
  • Transfer your data from one system to another;
  • Objects to the processing of your data;
  • Not to be subject to automated decision-making.
